Should you wish to return a product for any reason, please first contact me at and I can then provide you with a return address.
Please retain all original packaging so that you can securely repackage the item for return. When repackaging items do give the box a shake - if you can either feel or hear movement inside then the item has not been repackaged securely and will be at risk of breakage on its return journey. I cannot refund for any returned items that have been broken or damaged.
All items should be returned in a saleable condition so do take on board recommendations regarding packaging and postage so that you are covered should something happen.
The cost of return shipping is your responsibility so try to send your item, insured, via a tracked and recorded delivery service. This means that you can claim for any package should it go missing, or return broken or damaged. Upon recieving your return I will contact you and issue the full refund. Please note that any original shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.
Being kind to the environment is important to my small business therefore I ensure that all packaging is recyclable, from the cardboard box, to the honeycomb wrapping. From the packing peanuts to the stickers. I purposely do not include an invoice slip  so as to cut down on paper, but will send this via e-mail, to the address you provide at check out .
In very rare circumstances where bubblewrap is required please be aware that this will have been recycled and I encourage you to do the same or to return to me and I will reimburse you for postage. You can contact me via e-mail in order to arrange this. 
Please wash any kitchenware prior to use to ensure any packing debris is removed prior to use.
